Steam Catpcha is broken.

I couldn't log into my account a while ago and i tried a recovery method without steam guard as i had disabled it because I didn't have access to my phone. So i tried the email way and I could not for the life of me get thru the captchas. My friend tried temaveiwer and he couldn't either. He thought I was just messing up but I wasn't. NOW, today my brother is trying to open a steam account for the first time ever and he can'e get in either because the stupid captcha is broken. Any ideas? I have no idea how to contact support thru their list of support options

well i figured out how to reach support and sent them my complaint but if anyone knows anything before they get back to me I'd like to hear it.

Update: Tried making my bro an account again today via Edge and it worked! (10/5/2020).
And thank you m4dEngi, reading "If I have to click on one more fire hydrant I'm going to blow my brains out." commented in the reddit thread made me laugh. Luckily it seems the problem may have been fixed.

Yeah, just went through registration myself and it seem to be working now. Was broken for me since... late august this year.
