humble bundle region locked?

hey i want to trade a game key from someone,problem is we cant figure out if its region locked.
its nba 2k20 from the covid humble bundle.

ask humble, they are the one that issued the key.

steam does not support the trading of keys since they do not fit into the trade window, this kind of trade is DO AT OWN RISK, if either party scams the other, steam will be unable to assist.

How about don't region hop, this way you wouldn't have to encounter this issue in the 1st place. Just because it's cheaper in another region, doesn't mean you need to hop to their region using VPN, or etc, because those keys were meant for people in those region because they have a poor economy, and people that region hop that they're not in, are trying so hard to ruin this for them so prices get jack up on them all thanks to region hoppers.

Jumble bundles are an own region when it comes to price.

Not really, but yes Humble bundle does sell bundles that has region lock keys if buying in different regions that the keys are for, only way to get a key that not for your region is by using VPN to try get it cheaper by region hopping, and most sites tells the person if games are region locked for the bundle, or game key on the page before adding to cart, or has text in the name stating what region it's for only.

Humble are known to issue incorrect region keys from time to time, so this issue can and does occur regardless.
