Bug: youtube videos wont load in chat!

And its not even steam beta.... Whenever I send or somebody send me an video, it wont load, just display black window with spinning steam logo and webclient start using 15% of my CPU constantly until I close video witch is especially annoying when Im playing games

I can confirm that this is also happening to me.

I am using Windows 7 64bit, and appears to have started a few days back.

Logging out (and back in), restarting my computer, and updating to the latest version of steam all do NOT solve this problem.

When I right click on the black box to manually copy the hyperlink it is cut off, so that I can not view the sent link that way either.

The only Solution I have found is to set up the steam APP on my phone and click on the link that way, or visit my brother's house and access steam on his Win 10 OS PC, where steam chat works without an issue.
