What Do the "Original Size" and "Full Screen" Background Options Do?
When you click "edit profile" and go to "Profile Background" you have the option for either "original size" or "full screen," but no matter which one I pick my background looks the exact same when I go back to my profile, it changes nothing.

Does anybody know what these options even do?

It's possible that the resolution of the original image is the same as your screen resolution.

If you have it set to Full Screen, the background will stretch to fit whatever size the window is. Original Size keeps it the same size.

Ooooh, that's what they do. I always have Steam in full screen, so I never noticed that.
