Wait a while and see what happens. No doubt if the purchase is unsuccessful, you will be refunded or the money simply won't be taken from your account.

I tryit refreshing after 5 minutes of nothing and it just leads to payment page again its still in my cart and i got charged, i just lost 19,99€ and got no game

Transaction still pending means the money has not been received even if it was already deducted from your bank.

Wait until the purchase is complete on Steam.

The steam page just froze after i finished purchasing its been doing this for a while now why is no one from valve taking a look at this.....

Depends on the other bank, most instant payments are between most Dutch banks. It can take longer with others. When I made my payment for the "WOZ" it literally stated on the iDeal screen that the money would be booked in 2 days, for example.

Because it's not always an issue on Valve's side. They're working on it, stuff like this isn't that simple as you seem to think.

For Valve to take a look at this situation, you would have to open a ticket here: https://help.steampowered.com/en/

I suspect the situation would resolve itself before they manage to answer you though.

They know about the issues with iDEAL and have tried fixing them but the issue persists.
