The 2 hour limit is for making sure you can run the game and to even test it out a bit to make sure it's something you want as 2 hours is plenty of time to test the game a bit.

Game devs. make a living by creating games. People being able to refund a game after putting countless hours in it and months after they bought it would make them unable to do so. Guess how many games would come out if this became reality.

So just because the game doesn't cost much, you think that gives you the right to scam the developers out of their money just because you can't afford to buy another equally cheap game?

Steam is not a library where you can return games ad lib. You can not buy, play and return games as many times your hearts desires.

If you need to try out a game there are demos for that.

There are plenty of cheaper games on Steam.
