Can i sell skins?

So, i havent spent single dollar in steam... I will get few skins from friend to buy csgo. Will i be able to sell those skins or not? Is there any other way i can get csgo by money from these skins? (for example friend selling it and gifting me cs?)

Limited accounts cannot sell skins because you aren't eligible to use the market. You will need to add at least $5 to your wallet or spend this amount or more in the Steam store to unlimit your account. Doing this will also count as a valid purchase requirement and after 30 days; you'll have access to the market that way.

No, you must spent $5+ or add that amount to make your account limited first. Only then can you access the market once 30 days have lapsed.

After then, you only need a valid purchase on record every 365 days for continued market access. You need to unlimit for account first.

How do I gain access to these features?

For the third time; you cannot sell skins because you are a limited account user who wont have access to the market. Try actually reading the information given so you don't have to ask the same question over and over and over.

Your friend can gift you the game as long as he has no restrictions from doing so.
