hello everyone i want to play rocket league and hev seen that it is now free to play but when i look on store it is 14.99 anyone able to help please thanks

Once Rocket League goes free to play, anyone who already owns Rocket League on any platform (including Steam) will be able to play and enjoy the game with full support for future updates and features. However, the Steam version will no longer be available to download for new players.

Because its already a few years old and that way they can infuse it with a bunch of new players and make money selling cosmetics in the ingame store.
Also Rocket League now belongs to EPIC so its another marketing ploy to get more people on their store.
Same reason they will remove the game from Steam when its going FTP.

No it will removed from steam. Since Epic Games is doing the American way of doing thing.
