PVP
This might be useful for you: It's a store search for the "Anime" and "Local Multiplayer" tags.
In there, I recognize the following games personally:
* Tales of Symphonia - I presume local players can control different party members in battles, just like it's possible in the GameCube version.
* Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds - co-op brawler. This basically requires gamepad, unless you're willing to work with the unwieldy keyboard controls (which can't be rebound unless you edit some files manually).
* Secret of Mana - I haven't played this version of the game, but I presume it should have co-op in a similar way to how the SNES version does.
* Acceleration of Suguri 2 - an arena dueling game. I have the game but haven't played it.
* ManaCollect - a...minesweeper-like game, but on a hex grid. I'm not exactly sure how to describe it. But there's a local pvp mode I think?
* also a bunch of fighting games, most of which I haven't played.
