Steamgriddb manager - anyone here use this, or something similar?

This might just be a great program, but I have 1 major issue with it. It only works with games that are installed. Does anyone here who has used it before know if there is a way to get it work with uninstalled games?

Also, in case it does not, is there a similar program that does the same thing, but actually works with uninstalled games?
