Without playing Trails in the Sky first? HOW COULD YOU.

No but really, there may not be "romance" in there as such, but there are definitely a few romantic developments.
Baldur's Gate series - I'd argue best RPG ever.

Fable series.

S.x.

Close second. First would be Planescape: Torment.

Fate/Extella series?
Caligula Effect Overdose has (almost) the same mechanic as P4 but the romance is barely there. Might want to try it since the soundtracks give off the same vibe as the Persona series.
Thank for the advice firstly. I've tried caligula effect overdose but game mechanic and ı research romance in this game but not mention anywhere.
Fate/Extella ı've seen this game as well but not try, ı'll add my list thank you buddy.

Close second. First would be Planescape: Torment.
Which also has the most realistic depiction of romance ever.

Nah, it's OK. It's just that Skies actually holds some context of Cold Steel, since chronologically it happened before it.

To be honest, the realism of romance is made apparent in their respective encounter with TTO. Fortress of Regrets is still one of the most powerful video game places ever created.
Fallout New Vegas has two incredibly tragic love stories with Boone and with Ronnie.

Uh... The Wolf among us has a pretty good romantic story between Bigby and Snow White.

I can't really think of too many more. Sorry.
