How to search a game using multiple tags ?

How to search or filter a game based on my interests ?

Lets say for example, I want to find games that are "free" and "supports controller"

I get the game list for both these tags individually but not together.

Could you also provide a reference of all the tags so users can build their own custom multi-tag filters. (If you have a link to a utility that can build these via GUI that would be even better.)
