SHops sell stuff. If you can't buy stuff. what the hell are you doing in a shop?
You don't even need a bank account . Gather loose change, buy a steam wallet card from a store near you and activate that card on steam.

As said. If things are so tight you can't scrounge up $5... you have bigger problems and you should probably be spending more time solving those.

yeah and regardless my advice stands. get another job or get a better paying job. Heck take some toime to gather cans for recycling, and you can probably manage $5.

Before you go white night...keep in mind, the guy is complaining that he can't buy a useless piece of digital fluff. No one who's actually poor and in dire straits worries about such things. They're too busy worrying about the food budget and bills for the next week.

Ive seen stupid things in my life, when I was a teenager a guy said in front of all peoples in the store, he eated alot peanut butter toast to buy the card X ( I was playing magic the gathering ). I was like WT.... Life is weird. The worst thing about is custom background it's worth couple cents. I think the point of it is, forcing peoples to spend money and unlock your restriction.
