steamwebhelper.exe keeps crashing.
i turn on my computer this morning and opened up my steam, it's loading just fine.
but then when the steam window opens, i realize it's showing blank screen of my library then it shows my games for a brief moment and blank again, it keeps doing that afterwards, i can't check stores or my friends list, all i can do is checking my download NP.
i did what i can, suggested by the internet, i check the auto update, but mu steam is in new version, i'm not on beta too.
i checked my task manager, i found something strange, steamwebhelper.exe keeps on crashing for no reason.
i can play my games from choosing steam on system tray, but when i'm playing a game, i notice the steamwebhelper.exe make a copy of itself on the task manager like a bunch and crash all of it, then it does that over and over.
help please..☹️☹️☹️

Edit: Lots of people are finding that opting into or out of beta solves the problem for them. It does not for me, but the above does. However only if I have reinstalled since opting into or out of beta!

As Far As I Know, U need to reinstall it. Check for window updates...

okay, when i re instal the steam, does all of my game installed on my pc is fine??

lol, guess what..
i did uninstall my steam, but of course i back up my steamapps before that.
i download and install steam once again..
at first it works just fine, then i put my steamapps back to steam directory.
aaaaaannnnnnddddd it's messed up again.

Under Steam > Settings > Library tick all four of the square boxes, then under Steam > Settings > Web Browser, delete web browser cache and delete all browser cookies cookies.
This does not seem to be a permanent solution, for me it comes back after a while, but it's the best I know how to help so far. Cheers.

thanks mate, i did what you suggested.
not my steam works fine, i can check my friends and chat again, and my library stops messing up.

From Reddit, solution is:

Went to C:\Program Files x86\Steam\bin\cef

Deleted Steamwebhelper.exe

Launched steam and it updated.

So I did that and now my steam is blank..
it starts up.. but nothing is showing in the store or my library or anywhere else..
just a grey blank screen..
