RSS Feed
Hi,

The RSS feed no longer shows sales or new releases. It used to and I found it very useful. It still works but only show Steam updates, Team Fortress updates or Portal updates.

Could you please look into this and let us know if it's broken or truly gone?

RSS feed link is http://www.steampowered.com/rss.xml

Thanks.

That does not help. I already have the same content in the RSS link I provided. Note how the last 2 updates in the feed you provided are 21 and 56 days old respectively. The link I provided has those 2 and also Valve software updates.

So, Steam folks, can you fix it or provide an updated RSS feed?

Hello, any chance someone from Steam could answer? Thanks.

while generally speaking this isnt true and i have seen in a few other threats valve staff respond to user messages, this only happens very much when a staff member feels like they want to do some extra work and are interested in rss personally. steam and valve overall dont monitor community threats for requests, so generally your wrong but practically it has the same result anyways as that the chance to get a response is less then 1%.

Only Steam support moderators post a closing message before locking the thread.

Valve doesn't respond here.

If you want to make a suggestion, please make one in the suggestion forum.
