If you had to get one I'd say The Witcher III with MGS V a close second. Dying Light is probably ideal if you don't have much time to commit to just one game. I'm not too familar with SE4 but looking at the prices; you can get better value from the other games.
MGSV - buy it for the story and lovable cast of characters with your own creative ways to finish mission.
The witcher III - totally buy it if you have played witcher 1 or at least 2 for a truly engaging experience. Mods will do more than justice for the asking price.
Sniper elite 4 - buy it if you can treat the campaign as a dark soul game but with guns. multiplayer is there for a long time enjoyment.
