The Dota "Starry Night" mini-profile background just released, i just spent mine, refund?

I really like purple-black space/sky theme

I found the "starry night" dota animated background catching my attention, too bad there isn't one available for the mini-profile background version

So i spent my only 2k points on other black themed mini-profile background available. And i guess im kinda happy about that. But it turned into frustation as i knew Gaben decided too release the mini-profile background version of "starry night" now. Come on, i would've pick that if i knew it was available. Im really frustrated now, trying to undo my points purchase. I've read from forums and reddit, that we can't refund steam point purchase, thats even more frustrating. Sorry about the rant guys...

So the only dirty choice available to get my points back is to refund a game i bought, so they take away the mini-profile background i have, and rebuy the game again without the discount coupon?any of u guys tried that before?

yikes, didn't want that, but steam does said we can refund a game we bought before a sale, so we can rebuy the game at discounted price
