How long is the cool-down on purchasing too quickly?

trying to purchase City:Skylines dlc for myself and as a gift for my other half who has a pac here as well. How long do I now have to wait between making three purchase....to make another three purchases, I expect it will give me the cool-down notification again, until I can get the dlcs I and she want? Already put this in suggestions for some type of solution needs to be made, this post is to find out the time frame we're talking about until purchases can then be made again, from the Steam wallet. Thanks for all previous help.

the cart? it is in the cart, won't let me purchase until cool down is over, thus my question, how long is cool down. I already looked in support fo a similar topic or ticket I could use, did not find one.

update: it will still let me purchase it as a gift, again, lol

The cooldown you triggered is roughly 1 hour. Each time you attempt to make a purchase within the cooldown can reset the clock.
