Is refund ever work after 2 hours and 14 days?

Hi i try to refund my games which i cant play because there is no community playing or i didnt enjoy playing or somewhat bugs. My question is if its not possible to refund a game after 2 hours and 14 days refund time please dont put a button of it if not works or if you dont make my refunds because i am turkish this is discrimination. I want equal rights thats it thank you for reading. and by the way i got a refund which a game wıth ın 2 hours 14 days but other than that ı do not get any refund.

Nope, Steam Refund requirements are clear and very strict..
Once you get passed 2hours or 14 days even by 1 second, you won't get to refund it..

It's possible to get a refund after failing the conditions. I have already seen cases like that on steam. But please keep in mind that they have every right to decline your request.

Just do a manual refund. It worked for my WWE 2K20 after 9 (!!!) hours.

Go to the support page for the game, and click on I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS when you find that option.

Carefully explain what is WRONG with the game when you try and play it. If you're only a little over 2 hours and 2 weeks, they may offer a refund. but the longer you've played, and the farther out from 2 weeks it was bought, the less likely it is to be refunded.

2 hours and 2 weeks is the normal window, and you should NOT expect one outside of that, but it is worth a try if something is actually wrong with the game.

The automatic system will ALWAYS refuse you if you are outside the refund policy limits.
But you can still get a refund by opening a manual ticket with Steam Support and asking that way.
That is by no means a guarantee that you will get the refund outside the limit since its still completely depending on Valve´s discretion but its possible.
IF you are only slightly outside the limits, like a few days or 30 minutes over the playtime limit.
Dont waste your time ( and that of the Steam Support) with refund requests for months old games or some you played for XX hours.

Too bad I just got refunded for 3hrs and 59 mins.It is possible to get refunded for more then 2 hours if you have an actual cause.

hocam diyebileceğim başka ülkelerin refundlarına bakanlar ile türkiyeninkine bakanların ayrı olduğunu söylemek istedim ve tam ifade edememiş olabilirim steam platformunda 2012 den beri hesabım var çokda yeni değilim ama bazılarını kızdırmış olabilirim yada alayada alabilirler sorun değil

Well i think that if you break one of those two for ex 15 days but 1h of play it will work, it worked for my friend when he refunded pubg after a month but didnt play it more than 1h
