Who is downloading from Antarctica?

I was just looking at the Steam download stats when I saw this:

Total Bytes: 97.6 MB
Average Download Rate: 27.4 Mbps
Percentage of global Steam Traffic: 0.0%

Countries like Sudan and Iran show 0 data transfer so my questions is: Is there a technical reason for this (error) or is there really someone down there trying to playing game?

There are scientists and researchers who rotate in and out of Antarctica bases on a regular basis. Wouldn’t be surprised if one of them was a gamer.

But the more likely scenario is that someone changed their download region to Antarctica just to see how fast/slow the speed would be.
