Please disconnect from VPNs or proxies and try again
I was having a little problem when create my brother steam account,i always get 'please disconnect from VPNs or proxies' error but his PC don't even have any VPN or proxy,any tips to fix it?

It's not work for me, i'm already using the phone and the wifi and still hot that message
