Steam is not responsible for what happens on 3rd party sites...
- Steam Market: You pay a little bit more and have a safe transaction
- Third-party sites: You pay less but have a chance of getting screwed and end up with nothing but with a hard lesson.
Your choice. There is pages of pages for ONLY one person selling. If u try to sell ur skin, for the price lower from his, his gonna buyit and put it in the same pot of the others. So, the ilimited, quantity of the itens that u can sell for ilimited period of time, makes that, this gun and others, of lower price, u can manipulate and get only profit for one person.
I only complain for the quantity for person, if any account could only sell for the SAME skin, a limited quantity of skins for a period of time, will get the market more competitive.
Anyway i just sad to see this in here.!!
Exactly, steam didnt care about us, only about theyr profit, and this sucks, because they let the people to make the choises. And c'mon, people sucks.
We already have enough restrictions on steam.
Valve cannot force the people to use all the available features on steam.
If people choiced to use a third-party site, not knowing the risk, getting scammed or phished, it's their own fault.
No third-party site is associated or supported by Valve in any way.
And you wonder why one person has so many of the same skins; people keep giving them credentials and using a site they made to take from other people who think they might get a win but keep getting screwed over by themselves.
And the Steam marketplace has always been a lowballing enviroment. So it's normal for people to undercut and any offer going under the regular price of the moment quickly being purchased.
Gambling sites still exist, they've just moved beyond a sphere where Valve can effectively do anything.
