AC Odyssey Tomb of Polybotes Siren of the Calls

I need everyone's help. I am playing the quest 'beware of the siren call'. I have to kill the head 'siren'. After I do that a discussion will appear where I am able to exit the tomb. This discussion isn't appearing though. I tried going back a couple saves and nothing. My last save from out of the tomb is 2 days ago which sends me back like 8 hours of gaming. Somebody help me please.
