Xbox Pass for PC
I've just looked at this. The question I have is, do you get the PC spec games or are they Xbox spec?

You're on PC, so you logically get the PC versions. Not sure how that's a question.

Just thought it might be Xbox ports emulator style, is all.

Xbox game pass isnt the same thing as Xbox Game Pass for PC, Yeah its confusing.

The PC version is for PC games so as mentioned not a problem.

You are probably confusing the Xbox game pass for pc with a streaming service like Geforce Now or Google Stadia and think you might have to stream it through your xbox, while you actually don't even need to own an Xbox to play.

The games have to be downloaded to be played on pc, and the specs apply to your pc build. Just like Steam for example.

Yeah, the PC Game Pass gives access to games on the MS Store.

Actually Xbox Game Pass covers can both console and PC depending on tier (Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is both PC, Console and includes Xbox Live Gold).

Emulating a console is not feasible with most modern games. Emulation (if done right) is a precise but very slow virtualization of a console environment.
Pretty much every game in the game pass would be unplayable on most machines if they'd be emulated.
