Autohotkey = ban?
Im using autohotkey to bind mediakeys to my 60% keyboard. Can i get banned while using the media keys script ingame?

Depends on the game. As you haven't mentioned one and are not posting a discussion hub of a game, your question is impossible to answer.

Mostly for Multiplayer games like Pubg/csgo etc. when i am dead or during the games

Can't say anything about PUBG, but it will not cause a VAC ban in CS:GO.

Cheating is: "Using 3rd party software to get advantage over other players" and "Editing game files". So yes, but the odds are low.
