My personal tip: practice. practice and practice some more. Get accustomed to the game so you'll be chillaxed when playing it, that also helps against mistakes.
Finally, if you want to practice keyboard accuracy by itself, type. Talk to people via chat, that's IMHO the best practice.

You will, most likely, get hit if you attack air. Thus, actually hitting an enemy with every key press is vital.
I always thought jumping around like crazy is normal in multiplayer shooter games, though. Makes you more difficult to hit or something like that.
