CS GO Prime Status (Activate from old steam gift)

Hi, want to ask if I activate an old CS Complete Package (includes CS GO) does the CS GO comes with the Prime Status? The gift is from 2014 and that time CS GO isn't free yet.

I have been trying to search for an answer on the discussion forum but to no avail.

Mine says "Unknown package 16223" in inventory, this is content what are included https://steamdb.info/sub/16223/apps/ ("Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Full Edition" is the prime access)
If you have different number on that gift. So rename link with that number.

By using common sense even without this link. "Prime" was already paid on that package.
