Can I refund a game even if its 20 hours on record?

My game keeps crashing suddenly when I got to 20 hours, and I wanted to refund it but then I saw that the limit is 2 hours..

Highly unlikely.

If the game is having trouble for you, *go to the game hub* and ask for help there.

Be prepared with your full system specs, and details about what exactly happens, WHEN it started happening, and the like.

You can try to request a refund by manual ticket, but it is unlikely for them to grant you refund. 20 hours is too much for a refund.

I think they do accept if it's around 2 which might be 3-4 with very clear reason and proven the issues.

20 hours is too much and odds getting refunded is like trying to find gem on the street.
I am curious, what game are you refunding op?
