good evening i was wondering if there is any photoshop type software on steam i can buy im currently into making some reskins/repaints for a train simulator and im wanting to find a good photoshop type software or even atleast any type of photo editing software

You can search for keywords, otherwise download one of the above, add to steam as a non steam game and presto. Gimp works great, going from personal experience.

You can still give them money through donations if you're determined to pay for something.

Steam is not exactly the kind of place one normally goes for such things.

GIMP works great.
