why i cannot get rid of limited account of steam even though i already fill my steam wallet

help me, i've already fill my steam wallet with Rp225.000 (i think its like 15 dollar). then i buy a game that worth 5 dollar. but i still have the limited account warning and when i see at steam help support it says thats i havent spend any money in steam. Can someone tell me how i get rid of this.

Receiving a gift or digital gift card doesn't count.

YOU have to spend money, not your dad and since your dad purchased the gift or gift card, it's your dad account who spend the money.

Using a gifted card. Again, it wasn't your account that spend that money, it was your dads account.

If someone else had nothing to do with it, yes. If it comes from what Steam knows of as "another account", it will not count. So no gifts of any kind count. But Steam CARDS, yes, they're fine.

you can buy a wallet code . redeeming a wallet code will be counted ,not the digital one

Gift card does not count for $5 requirement. You have to either redeem wallet code, or make purchase using external payment directly.

You can purchase Indonesian wallet code at codashop, unipin, upoint, tokopedia, and many other source.
