Finding a player by using their Steam ID

Want to report someone but can't remember their username. Pulled their Steam Id from the server and want to know how to use it to find their profile.

Not sure if it works but i assume you can go to your own profile page and copy the url, then replace your steam id with that of the user.

ありがとごさいます！ I have unfortunately lost the ID now (d'oh!) but I will keep this in mind for future reference.
