Is there a confirmed Spring Sale this year?
Last year there was no spring sale so i would like to be sure whether or not there would be one this year, i'm not sure if one has been confirmed though.

There never was a "Spring Sale". We only got a "Spring Cleaning Event" the last few years where you could play games from your library to earn rewards.
So no, its very unlikely that we will get a Spring Sale this year.
Next big sale will be the Summer Sale in June.

Which is only a few weeks away anyway.

golden week just passed... even if Steam doesn't have sales authorized third-parties like humble bundle/greenmangaming/wingamestore/gamersplanet might... check isthereanydeal.com and look for off-season deals on Steam too. you'd be surprised what games can be found cheaper on at least 1 legit retailer.
