Steam Store Sucks now?
Since when can i only buy a game if there is enough "Saldo" on my paypal account? What is that about? Since i don't own a creditcard nor have internet banking, it means i can not buy any game here anymore! It didn't use to be like that, so why did they change this? GRRRRRRRRRR

I'm pretty sure this is more of a PayPal thing. Also don't use PayPal, it's unreliable and they suck as a company in general. I had the same issue several times back when I used it many years ago. Of course neither PayPal nor Valve was at fault, if their respective supports are to be believed. It fixed itself after weeks/months only to later randomly happen again.

I'm pretty sure you are right there, it's probably paypal just trying their tricks to make me add a creditcard as they just want all the info they can get...still, pretty annoying as i wanted to buy this game so **** much!

If you know someone with PayPal you could try something. Tell PayPal to take money from your bank account and send it to another person. The money should arrive instantly while the actual transfer from your bank account to PayPal might take a few days.
Then have the other person decline the money. PayPal should then place the money on your PayPal account (which then can be used instantly) instead of sending it back to the bank. Just mind the fees.

At least that's what I did 2 or 3 times back in the day. Don't know if that still works.

Paypal did the same to me the first 2-3 times i tried buying something on steam.
They seem to have a paranoid algorithm that doesn't like virtual goods being bought, so you can't pay directly from your bank account a few times to prevent fraud
