nintendo is that bold and sells you Mario Kart 8 from 2014 for the full price. and minimum effort put into cashes in on remasters of games that weren't good even back then (Skyward Sword).
EDIT: It says it in the video, but I'll just say it here as well...for this method to work, your computer or laptop is going to need to have an nVidia graphics card since it uses GeForce Experience to stream the games to your Switch using the nVidia Shield gaming method through another application called Moonlight. This is great and the most flexible since you aren't limited to just Steam games because GeForce Experience scans all games on your computer and even lets you add games manually that it missed in the scan.

Never going to happen. Steam (and other gaming platforms), the developers and publishers all want licences to non-transferable as it makes them the most money and they are the ones that decide if licences are transferable or not.
