AMD REWARDS
Anyone else having issues redeeming devil may cry 5, or resident evil 2 from the amd rewards website? i logged into steam linking both accounts and it said

"AMD is requesting permission to access the following; Redeem and activate CD-Keys on your account."

I click allow, and it says steam login successful, close window. Thats it. When i check my games library, its nowhere to be found. Please help, i would like to play these games. Thanks!

i was unable to redeem free games since i did not have yet my amd rx 580.
i contacted amd rewards site.
the response was 'the qualifying hardware must be present when redeeming the free games'.

my hardware will hopefully arrive within this week. i will provide feedback as long as this thread is open.

Why do people go places where they're less likely to get help from then the actually place they should be going to?

update march 29, 2019: my friend redeemed the free games without problem from amd rewards site.
he logged into amd rewards site, selected 2 free games, then redeemed the games.
