How long can I last without an internet connection, without my steam session closing?

is that I will go on vacation to a place without internet connection and I want to know how long I can be without closing my account.

You should be able to use offline mode

When you launch the Steam client, it will have a box asking you, retry to connect, or start in offline mode, just click start in offline mode. If this is a game that rely on internet connection such as Warframe, then obviously you're not going to play that game.

Like Dr.shadowds said you should still be able to launch Steam in offline mode but you will not be able to play any online games or any games that require a internet connection. But if the game isn't online and is singleplayer then you can play it.

If you go into offline mode, and only play singleplayer games, you should be able to be offline for as long as you want.

Yes you can be offline as long as you like, you can stay offline forever as you please, not getting single update, as long don't connect to the server. Also the games need to be run at least once.

Some games are DRM free on Steam, which can just launch the game without needing to open Steam.
