What heatsink?

What ambient room temp?

Case fans? Positive airflow?

i dont ask a reason of this temperature, i asked is it safe, or not?

Is it fine.

You're fine. If you go into 90C, and above, that's a problem you want to look into.

If its winter, they might be not safe in summer

Also I have I7 6700k same as yours. The idle temperature should be 25 to 32 C. I used Arctic thermal paste. After playing a heavy game, it goes to around 45 to 55 C. Yours is a bit hotter. I would recheck thermal paste and secure cooler. Raise fan speeds if possible. But, of course, 60-75C should be normal for heavy games.

You can't just go 'I have the same CPU and I use this thermalpaste so expect these temps'
because that's just plain wrong.

You've got the difference in cooler to start. If it's weaker, you have hotter temps, if it's stronger, you won't have high temps.
Then you've got Case, and airflow of said case. Restrictive airflow means hotter, more airflow means cooler.
Then you've got ambient temps, higher ambient means hotter idle and load temps, lower ambient means lower idle and load temps.
You've also got clockspeed and voltage of the CPU, once again Higher = hotter, Lower = cooler.

I was just saying from my own experience with that kind of CPU chip and what method I used. Granted, I should had explained a bit more that it would depend on what cooler, how inside of case are neatly tied in allowing a better air flow, and of course, room temperature.
