I quite literally get a headache if it's on because the slight fuzzyness of the text when it's on, makes my eyes think it's out of focus and go into overdrive trying to focus it properly. It's why I hate the new chat/friends interface, and half the reason I don't like chrome (both force directwrite on).
Have it on myself, text looks crisp.
