I don't have any Store apps installed, but I think they should be stored in
C:\Users\Username\Appdata\Local\Packages
On Steam ADD A GAME > Add a Non-Steam Game > Browse
Find .exe of a game in location above

If you can't find exe files there, try here C:\Program Files\WindowsApps

Use UWPHook, i can add my Windows 10 apps AND games as shortcuts then apply a custom tile for that nice and clean look.

Make sure you get the latest version, load up the app and it will see all the windows 10 apps and games you have installed then pick which ones you want imported.
