Can you start games in offline mode INDIVIDUALLY?
Title^

It's a hassle setting up Steam for offline mode every time I want to play a certain game. Are there any launch options that enables offline mode?

I know how to go in offline mode. What I'm asking is if there's a way to start a specific game in offline mode. For example, say I wanted to play Tannenberg in offline mode, is there a way to enable offline mode through launch options for that specific game. I want to do this because there are certain features locked behind offline mode for many games. And it's pretty annoying to have to enable offline mode every time I want to play those games. Instead, if there's an offline mode launch option, I'd only need to launch the game.

Not sure if it still works, can't test right now:
create a shortcut to steam.exe, add "-offline" to starting parameters.

Sidenote: i'm a bit confused what you're trying to accomplish, especially cause of this part:
certain features locked behind offline mode for many games

Tannenberg forces me to play on their servers when playing on a private match by myself. I often get kicked out of the server due to high ping. If the game is started in offline mode, it won't force me into their servers and I can play matches locally. There are certain games that doesn't allow local play if the game is connected to the internet, so that's what I meant by "certain features are locked behind offline mode".

I already tried -offline in launch options, it didn't work. Alternatively, I just blocked the connection using my anti virus. Which was my goal in the first place, is to isolate offline mode for specific games.

When did I say I was trying to play an online game offline dummy? If you're talking about Tannenberg, you realize that game offers offline battles with AI, right?

Yup, they removed the launch option for Steam so it seems, just tried it.

You could also create a batch file, which blocks Steam via Windows Firewall, then launches it. And a second that does it the other way around. Anyways, quite annoying game you got there - maybe contact the devs for better offline play.
