If you don't know what Android is don't assume it's a synonym for Windows...

So you think you're being helpful name dropping a 25 year old version of Windows when the OP's issue involves an Android based phone? Yes, yes you're very knowledgeable for knowing about Windows 3.1, how is it relevant? Especially when the original PC system requirements were Win2k and WinXP anyway...
Also very insightful noting that software with version numbers often has a version 1, 2 and 3... it's probably one of the most overlooked details in tech today.. /s
