Display issues for Steam games
I'm having trouble with the display but all of the threads I'm finding seem to deal with it being in windowed mode. The issue I'm having is that my Steam games (Witcher 3 and Civ, at the moment) open very small compared to the rest of my screen.

It is not a window (no minimize, close, etc to click on). Again, all of the threads I'm finding seem to deal with this in windowed mode. It just appears to be scaled down A LOT. Adjusting the resolution within the game doesn't seem to do anything.

If it helps, I have a new laptop running Windows 10 and a 4K screen. Anyone have suggestions or suffering from this problem?

I have just tried Alt + Enter in 3 different places and it didn't do anything, at least visibly. 1) In Steam 2) In the launch screen for Civ 3) In Civ

For anyone else that had the same problem, I changed the Civ in-game screen resolution to 2048x1152. It works now. I don't know why, but I'm not going to question it.
