No. You can change it as many times as you want.

There is a limit to how "fast" you can change it. If you change it, i think it's like 6 times, really fast, you'll get a pop-up that basically says stop and make up your mind.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that.
There is a short cooldown if you change name a lot of times in short period of time.
I think you can change it 2 times per hour.

Regular user won't change their name that much. Cooldown is there to slow down scammers that are constantly changing name.
