Can I run GTA : San Andreas on Windows 10?

As I remember Windows 10 will "refuse" to run some old games, and I think GTA: SA is the one of the old game. But I would like to buy this game. Has anyone played GTA: SA on Windows 10?

Thing is most old games are not optimized for new operating systems. Some of them can be manually optimized simply by messing with the config and ini files. But for most old games you have to have an HDD or SSD with old operating system to run them. Or simply create a virtual machine with a specific OS and play them from there. It won't be the same as playing them on your physical machine tho.
