In that case there may be an issue with your settings or cache because I just checked that games page and its totally normal on my end

Its on the steam client ,english and I'm in Europe so no idea what is going on. Its not like I ever went on a chinese site.

used to be there were modifiers that could be added to an url that specified which language you wanted to see the site in. Following a link with those changed the language you were served. Not sure if that's still a thing.

It also sometimes shows up in Russian, and I've seen it do Portugese as well.

Seems completely random, because sometimes refreshing the store page turns it into English.

Same issues here, it changes every time I go on a game page to random language then fixes itself every so often.

Nah.

Korean characters have circles/ovals and rectangular lines.

Chinese characters have smoother-looking bends and curves and often tend to fill the entire square with each character.

Japanese consists of Chinese characters (kinda) and broken-up pieces of Chinese characters.

If you know Chinese, you can read some Japanese (specifically the "kanji" characters). If you know Japanese kanji, you can read some Chinese. Korean looks way different.

not really , theres a clear difference between korean , japanese and chinese
