If any Valve staff see this, they can look at my 6 most recent badges (starting 4th Jan 2019) and see the date stamps are out of order.

That's not good - that's not good at all! If they can't fix this, I don't think Steam Support has got any funding to do anything. Stuffing up badges and trading cards is a significant deal for Valve.
It is annoying! They just seem to be screwing up everything that's good - the old chat interface is a another example.

They have indeed fixed it: they've gone one step further and corrected it to match my above mentioned date stamp order as well. I'm glad to see this.
