Warzone 2100 was a fantastic game!
Just had a deja vu fitting heavy machine guns on one of my mechs in MWO. It was sort of uplifting so I went with it, thinking of what it was... it was Warzone 2100... popped in my head after all these years. Thought I'd share. Too bad I couldn't share the wave of nostalgia that hit me.

I think you mean Autocannons in Mechwarrior. Machine Guns are for use against infantry and lightly armored vehicles.

This was one of the games I have played in PS1 because it is old school. But unfortunately for me, I didn't finished it and I get a Game Over too many times that I failed the mission...

No I meant Heavy Machine Guns. They were a staple weapon in Warzone when you got them. High armor and high damage. I used to pair them with my Heavy cannons.

I played it on PS1 too. Also own the original cd on PC too. You really should finish it. My only gripe is that the last mission is an away mission and not a battle against your main stronghold.
