Elgato HD60 Pro freezing
Hello,
I need help concerning my capture card. I have an Elgato HD60 Pro and I am trying to record the gameplay from my PS4 trough OBS. The problem is that my capture card is freezing out of nowhere, it can be 15min after starting the game, or even like 1 or 2 hours after. When it's freezing / crashing the only thing that actually works is to close the software.
I also sometimes have issues with the sound from the capture card crackling.
Someone know where these problems can come from?

You have the capture card plugged into a PC right? I have an HD60 Pro and it fits into a PC.

Yes exactly, my capture card is directly plugged inside the PC.

That's my specs:
Intel Core i5 3470 CPU
Nvidia geforce GTX 1060
16 gb RAM
Windows 10

Those are good specs. One thing you might try is another HDMI cable if you have one around, or maybe cleaning any contacts if there's dust around.
