Greenman gaming is an authorized dealer, so you are safe to buy from them
The best thing to do is look at this site
https://isthereanydeal.com/
they only list authorized dealers, which means you are safe to buy from any of the stores they show on that site. If you do not see key store on that site it is best to say far away from the key store.
The reason for this is that you can't know (or be expected to know) the "back-story" of a given key. Instead, if a key is stolen, the publisher simply revokes it -- if someone has used the key they will loose the game, and if the key hasn't been used it will simply become invalid.

Fanatical is just fine. It used to be Bundle Stars. It is also the only Steam group that Valve allowed the name to be changed.

As other have said. It's a legit site that sells legit keys and if you actually check they have a legit refund/warranty policy to go with it.
They legit.
I'd actually forgotten about them.
This includes one rather semi-big web store that's not on the list: Playism - http://playism-games.com/
They're actually a publisher/localizer, best known to western audiences for their localizing Japanese games (e.g. La-Mulana), but they also help western games get localized elsewhere. So their store contains basically all the games they've worked on.
Their store also features a handful of games you can't find anywhere else.
They generally provide DRM-free + Steam key, though check each store page to make sure.
Unfortunately, their sales events are few and far between lately.
