OneVanilla Prepaid Visa Card not working

I have tried over and over to get it to work. I had already put my zip code on the card through the website. It has funds on it but it just wont work.

Don't spam purchase attempts.

I am now receiving the too many purchases even though i was trying to purchase one game but couldnt get it because of the error

i dont remember it. I just attached the card to my paypal and am going to pay that way. Hopefully that works out better. Do you know how long this cooldown thing is for the store purchases?
